I'll be honest, I was initially a bit skeptical that this shop had a perfect 5.0 review, but I'm glad I gave them a chance. They were very welcoming and very friendly. I've been trying to diagnose vibrations on both mine and my wife's vehicles for a while and after ruling out everything I was able to do myself, I determined I needed a mechanics help to troubleshoot further. Vic, Alex and Rangel were all extremely helpful. They went out of their way to help me pinpoint the issues and after fixing the problems, asked me to go on a test drive with them in the vehicle so that I could confirm the issues were resolved, instead of just telling me they were and sending me on my way. I've been looking for a new mechanic in St. Cloud since I moved here, they've earned my return business.

View on GoogleAbsolutely fair and professional. Aside from that--They inspect you car, and let you know if there is anything you should be concern about. In my case, they detected there was a nest under my radiator. My car was parked for a long time and hadn't notice. They also detected a very small antifreeze leak. Thank, thank you. 100% recomended. Also notice they do awesome, high end paint.

I had a misaligned trunk from a previous accident & the previous body shop did not align the quarter panel correctly causing my trunk to be misaligned. Master Auto Collision was able to get my trunk aligned properly & informed me of the previous body work that was done incorrectly. They communicated everything that was wrong and everything that needed to be done properly with clear information & understanding. They were able to help me fix my issue in less than an hr and charged a fair reasonable price for the fix. I definitely recommend this body shop.
