I was there Wednesday October 15,2025 for service and I was greeted by my service advisor Ashlyn Benoit. Like always she treated me like family and she went out of her way to make sure I was out of there in a timely manner. I was able to speak to the technician that worked on my truck, and he answered every question with answers of someone that really knows what he is doing. There is no doubt in my mind that this Ford Dealership is second to none. From service to sales and parts department this is the BEST. Thank you Ashlynn, Britney, Noah and the rest of the management and employees for providing the best customer service. We need more like Kisselback Family. Thank you.

I got to my appt. 20 minutes early. The service clerk took me right away an hour and 29 minutes later I hadn't heard anything so I asked. It looked like they finished, when u don't know, and just laid my paperwork down and Boone saw it. A little disappointed.
