Everytime I come here it’s an issue with communication, appointments, & part orders. Lauren is very unprofessional, does not answer simple questions, and is just rude. I will not be returning here after so many issues with customer service with her. I hope this location gets things fixed with the front desk, it used to be an amazing location.

I’m was visiting from Texas and discovered an object in my tire. I have a National Protection road hazard warranty through my local Ford Dealer. I was turned away and they told me to try the Ford dealer in Kissimmee. Service desert here and pass the buck game. Don’t waste your time.
