Classic Collision

From the moment we walked into the office, we felt confident we could trust Classic Collision. The facility was spotless and extremely well maintained. Manny and the entire staff were friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. The work was completed much faster than expected, and when we picked up the car, it looked as if it had never been in an accident. An absolutely excellent job—highly recommend Classic Collision!

I have came to classic collision in the past and they have been wonderful but this time around has been a bit different. I got a message 3 business days earlier that my vehicle was ready which is wonderful! I was told I’d get a call to schedule pick up (this was yesterday, Friday). I got the call this morning (Saturday) saying that they’re open until 12. I live far so it took me an hour (and having to find someone to bring me) to get here. I got there approximately 11:57 and I called and called and knocked and no one was there. I know that coming last minute is not a Quality of a good customer but if you tell someone they’re open until 12, there should be someone there until the given time. I even stayed a few extra minutes to see is anyone walked out so I can explain that I’ve been waiting there already for a few minutes, but no one came out which lets me Assume that they left before they’re provided time. I also inspected my car because it’s outside (obviously ready) and part of what was supposed to be fixed was still scratched. I picked up on 6/9/26 and was able to let them know and they buffed it for me and got it fixed. The issues that my car came in with are fixed and after confirming the images they took of the car prior I was able to confirm that no other things were missed and my car was treated well! If I could give 0 starts I would. My vehicle was rear-ended on Jan of this year, classic Collin estimated 7k+ worth of damage. Okay, the damage was significant and I am not knowledgeable on car mechanics to dispute the total amount. And so I left the car there to be take taking apart inspected and properly diagnosed, and for the claim or bill to be sent to the insurance of the driver who hit me, all the while I was driving a rental. After seven days exactly I called Classic Collision and ask them about the status of my vehicle, margarita informed me that they were still waiting on Geico ( the fault drivers insurance ) wether or not they were going to cover it and what exact amount was going to be covered . I was furious that I had not been updated within at least 48 hours of GEICO’s lack of communication. So then I had to pay out-of-pocket for my rental to be extended, and deal with The Insurance, who eventually ended up responding to the claim as a total loss, since they did not want to cover the damages. After Several days of communicating with agents from GEICO, I was able to have them agree to cover the cost, I work in the medical field, and luckily, I have some understanding of how Insurances work. Thank goodness for that, otherwise I would’ve had no choice, but to put my faith into Classic Collision, who did a horrible job with communicating with me and the insurance.. The second and current problem that I still have, is that they did not properly fix my car door, prior to this accident the driver door would function properly. And after the accident, the door was not able to fully close, I even have videos left me driving through the car wash and water leaking in just stays after the car accident. I drove the vehicle back to Classic Collision’s and show them, the manager there I think her name may be Michelle, she told me that it would be an out-of-pocket cost. So they basically receive payment from an insurance without fully doing the job. I was strongly recommend before choosing this shop, to do some research, and search sound reviews, because reviews can be filtered out by companies. But by real people, and their experiences with shops around town. That was my experience.

This is my third vehicle that Classic Collision St. Cloud has repaired for me and every single time the service has been absolutely top notch. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction always stand out. Manny has consistently gone above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. This time I wasn’t feeling well and couldn’t pick up my car and they went the extra mile to drop it off for me. That is true customer care. I highly recommend Classic Collision St. Cloud to anyone looking for excellent reliable service and genuine professionalism.

Excellent service from start to finish. We were truly impressed by the level of care and professionalism shown by the GM, Haley F. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed, valued, and taken care of throughout the entire experience. Haley was incredibly courteous, attentive, and genuinely kind. It’s rare to come across someone who leads with such professionalism while also making guests feel so comfortable and respected. Her attention to detail, positive attitude, and willingness to help made a huge difference and did not go unnoticed. You can tell she truly cares about both the guests and the quality of service her team provides. Because of Haley’s leadership and exceptional customer service, our experience was outstanding. We greatly appreciate everything she did for us and look forward to coming back again.
