Absolutely apolled by this man! My family has done business with him for around 18yrs and he had the audacity to call me at 6:50AM CUSSING me out for where the tow truck driver left my car parked! Never in a million years did I think the profanity that came from his mouth was even within him. Blamed me for the something I had no control over! To call someone and that early and use such profanity to a customer whom has been using him for years was unbelievable. Then told me to have ot towed off and he was not fixing it. This man has been such a great reliable and honest man. But, to curse out someone for when it was not even their fault was Absolutely unprofessional!

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! Horrible customer service! I went to the shop today and spoke to a gentleman (gray hair, tanned skin, about 5' 8" or 5' 10", in his 50's or 60's, looks latino) there and asked hey Sir, how are you? Do you speak Spanish? To which he replied "HELL NOOO! THIS IS AMERICA! In a real aggravated tone. I said, "oh I'm sorry I'm here because some neighbors recommended you and I'm having problems with my AC not turning on" to which he replied " DO YOU SPEAK JAPANESE?" With a very smart tone. I said " No I don't Sir". To which he replied " I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR IT!" I said " ok thank you" and left. That was the entire interaction. Real professional the guy! (Sarcasm). I was shook by his reaction. I can't believe there's people like this who own businesses. I mean, this is a predominantly latino-hispanic community and he totally looks like one, which is ironic. Any how, go at your own risk! I'm pretty sure all the negative reviews are true! I don't doubt it! Lucky for the people that left good reviews! Wondering if they all have something in common or maybe they're just family and friends doing him a solid. Way to treat Military veteran who is still currently serving, going on 25 years now! I salute you Sir! Just now that regardless, I still fight for you and your loved ones! I still wish you luck with your business. I hope you do better.

I'm a retired mechanic so I normally do my own work, but replacing an alternator on my Ford Edge was more than I wanted to tackle at my age. My son recommended Charlies so I had him give me a estimate . The estimate was a good price for the job..Being a mechanic I can be very critical of other people's work, but his work was quality , timely, and the price was fair....

Charlie replaced the clutch in my wifes S-10 and after taking it back to him twice complaining of being too stiff and him saying it was fine, we took it to another local mechanic who found that one of the components had been installed backwards, after the second mechanic repaired his findings it worked perfectly.
