View on GoogleBill is extremely rude and very unprofessional when you call them out on their lies. Beware these mechanics at Smutny & Ross are shysters. Scamming and taking advantage of the owners of the car that are elderly people in their mid 70’s. Took Hyundai in and they replaced the starter and the car still car still didn’t work. Shady establishment then said they have to replace the engine for an estimated total of $8,000. That’s nearly the total value of the car for its year and mileage ranging roughly from $9,000 to $12,000. Still trying to scam and charge for a starter replacement of a when the car still doesn’t work and the problem never was the starter in the first place says a lot about this business and the shenanigans they try to pull potential clients. How the hell are you going to tell me you need to replace a starter on an engine that’s had fire from a recall ABS?

View on GoogleVery nice people bill was very polite with my wife after taking our truck to a different mechanic and getting the same problem happening over and over we finally brought our truck to bill and his great staff of mechanics. They fixed our air conditioning in one day our old mechanic never fixed it totally only put Band-Aid on so we had to keep spending more money to fix the same problem over and over we will be bringing our truck back to Smutney and Ross for any other problems we have thanks for the great job bill... Update to this post, after receiving our truck back the air conditioner stopped working again was informed that was the blower relay any other mechanic would have charged to replace again not these folks they happily and without hesitation did it free of charge if I could get them 20 Stars on their review I would do so if you have any problems with your vehicle do not hesitate to take it to smutney and Ross great great people if you are looking for a good mechanic look no further these people are top notch
