My computer keyboard got wet and I immediately took it in to get service. They did the initial diagnostic review and told me that the keyboard needed to be replaced but everything else worked fine. When I picked it up and checked everything I learned that 2 of the USB-C ports no longer worked. I brought it back a second time and this time they had it over a week, telling me that things may have been connected wrong. It was clearly not a priority for them at this point since I’d already paid. When I finally got it back it still was not right. I received it back from them with a broken speaker. The manager was nice enough, and apologetic. He asked me to bring it back in, that it was under the 3 month warranty but I had been in Miami for 2 weeks and had to go back home to Nicaragua. When I arrived home, I took it to a shop in Managua and they said they were shocked to find the inside of the computer covered in a white talc powder, which they said should never happen. They also noticed several other issues inside the computer. I’ve attached the photos to this reviews. They had to fix the entire inside of the computer. This has been a super frustrating and disappointing experience.

The repair was efficient quick, and couldn’t have been easier!!! Blasiel came to my house and replaced my scratched screen in our garage right from his truck. Couldn’t have been easier and faster. He was kind and explained everything. Ty!!
View on GoogleWent in to replace the screen protector, I was told on a corner of my phone had a dent , and if the main screen shows a line after I would have replace the screen, still they charged me 60 . To replace the screen protector. After After hours of them having my phone - they told me the the machine was out for calibration, the front desk person was not aware. Then they declined the screen replacement. After they charged my credit card. Customer satisfaction 👌 yeah right. Won't see me again. Too the owner, since all they reply I'm sorry to hear that. Ur website repairs say 1 year limited warranty? I know how fragile the Z filp can be. I spent with in 1 year $ 350.00 + for a new screen. The screen protector started coming off . I felt like I was being set up to spend another $ 350.00 . Which if it was that route , the job i paid is under a year. I protect and take care of my Z flip . Another thing, i have paid 40 bucks not 60 for the screen protector, when I first purchased my Z flip 5 . It lasted over 2 years before it needed repairs. The parts ur using on people's phone are aftermarket not OEM. That's my way of thinking since I was treated this Friday passed. Ur so called manager didn't even confronted me about it. Not customer oriented or customer satisfaction.
