YOU WILL WAIT HOURS. With ZERO transparency on how long, what price or what's going on. We asked before turning in the car what they expected wait time would be they told us 1 hour. 3 hours later we asked for update they told us 15 minutes. Now currently sitting in the waiting door at 4 hours waiting. For a lug nut tire change. Staff could care less. TERRIBLE service.

Car wasn’t ready until 5pm I waited in the waiting room the entire time with no communication from staff unless I checked in. Once we paid for the car got ready to leave we realized they did not complete the service on my tires. We went back to the desk told them and they corrected the issue. But when you quote 1hr instead of telling us hey it’ll be 4-5hr come back later and then we’re reluctant to communicate status. Unacceptable.
View on Googledon’t go here if you want truly want a transparent process with you vehicle or new vehicle. They use dirty manipulation tactics and they don’t care about your financial future just their commission. please be wary of their negotiating tactics.

View on GoogleWould give zero if i could, was told by salesperson to bring car in for first service oil change, the first service peron in at 7:45am could care less and responded could not be done and doesn't know when, not even if could be done this week without even giving me an appointment, he could really care less, only response was one of the girls would call after me repeatedly trying to understand when it may be possible. This is my first hyandai and based on this treatment do not recommend, especially since first 3 years of service are supposed to be included. After owning all makes of new vehicles this is the first time i feel like the service folks can care less. Btw, they made a point of repeating that sales departament has NOTHING to do with the service department.
