I do not leave reviews often but my husband and I had such an amazing experience I knew I had to. My husband left with his dream Jeep and it’s all thanks to our salesman Alvaro Gonzalez! View on GoogleI was looking for an upgrade of my suburban and decided to head to miami lake auto mall Chevy. From the time I got there, our salesman Ethan was so professional with a calm demeanor. He had our vehicle that we inquired about online parked and ready to go. We test drove and were ready to start the process. Here’s where I really began to appreciate Ethan. After the numbers were not looking to good for the vehicle we came in for (which was slightly used) Ethan dug in deep, he used every resource, rebates, military discounts that he could think of and before I knew it my wife was leaving and a Brand new Suburban with an awesome warranty, maintenance, wheel and tire and many more. We got all of that for the price we wanted! He worked hard with his managers and finance manager and the process was soooooo stress free. We even had to leave briefly and pick up the kids from school and everything was ready for us by the time we got back. Process took like 1 to 2 hours tops. Listen. I was used to purchasing my vehicles from AutoNation but I found a new home. I had to summarize our experience because i don’t want to be too long. Bottom line, if you need a new vehicle go see my Brother Ethan at miami lakes auto mall Chevy. I would be wrong if i didn’t do a special shout out to the finance manager Michael…..listen people…go holla at those boys if you want it done, simple as that.
