Miami Lakes Mitsubishi

I had an extremely negative experience with Mitsubishi Miami Lakes. I purchased a brand-new vehicle in February, but I was not provided with the spare key at delivery. When I later tried to set up Mitsubishi Connect, I discovered that the car was registered under someone else’s name (Ashley). In other words, I was sold a “new” car, yet in Mitsubishi’s system I am not listed as the original owner. This is very concerning, as it seriously impact both the vehicle’s warranty and the complimentary trial period for Mitsubishi Connect. I have made several attempts to contact the dealership to resolve these issues, but so far I have received no response or solution. Overall, I feel misled and very disappointed with the entire experience. This situation with the car has been completely unacceptable. Over the weekend, the battery unexpectedly died, and the issue came to light when I called roadside assistance. When they opened the hood to jump-start the car, I noticed that the engine bay was covered in dust. How can a new car be delivered in this condition? I never imagined I would need to open the hood of a brand-new vehicle to check if the engine was clean. Also, the wheels were delivered stained with some type of adhesive that does not come off with a regular wash. At this point, I need these issues to be addressed immediately: The spare key Mitsubishi Connect properly set up, including the complimentary trial period as promised for a new vehicle Me registered as the original owner Full warranty in line with what is guaranteed to the original owner of a new car The engine and everything under the hood cleaned to the standard expected of a new vehicle The wheels cleaned, which were delivered with stains that appear to be some type of adhesive As if everything so far were not enough, today the car’s battery died yet again. When I took it to the dealership near my home, I was shocked to discover that the vehicle appears in Mitsubishi’s system as a CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED vehicle. Because of this, they could not even replace the battery without authorization from Mitsubishi. HOW IS IT POSSIBLE that I was sold a vehicle represented and documented as NEW, while Mitsubishi’s own system classifies it as PRE-OWNED? This situation is completely unacceptable. I am still without a solution — and now without a car as well — while waiting for authorization just to replace the battery. If I purchased a NEW car, then I expect a NEW car, not a pre-owned vehicle.

A true 5 star experience at Miami Lakes Mitsubishi. I have been looking for a new vehicle for a while now, and have had my eye on an Outlander PHEV for over a year now. After about a week of looking at vehicles that fit my budget, and several visits to various dealerships, I finally stumbled upon the great deal I just signed! Brandon was my salesman, he was helpful and very upfront about costs. I gave him my terms and he was able to get so close in price that I couldn't say no. Best part is that we did most of this over text messages between him, myself and his sales manager (didn't catch his name, but he was awesome as well). When the time came for me to head on down and finalize the deal, we already had most of the standard applications and paperwork done, so all I had to do was go over things with the finance guy, Chris and away I went with a beautiful new Outlander PHEV! From start to finish these guys gave me a world class experience. Not once did I feel like I was being pressured, lied to or swindled. They were straight forward, no nonsense and pleasant to talk to. So in the end, not only did I get the best deal possible for the Outlander, but the staff made the experience one that stands out. Thank you Brandon and Chris! (And sales manger who's name I can't remember!)

I had an amazing experience purchasing my new 2023 GMC Terrain! Otto went above and beyond to get me exactly what I wanted and worked hard to find a payment that fit my budget. We recently purchased a car from Mitsubishi, and we had an excellent experience thanks to Myles, Shan, and the manager who assisted us. Myles and Shan were incredibly helpful, professional, and always friendly. Even though English is not our first language and there were some parts we didn’t fully understand, they patiently explained everything step by step and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the process. Especially Myles — he is such a warm, kind, and genuinely caring person, and that really stood out to us. We would also like to thank the manager who helped us during the purchase. When he found out that we are Turkish, he was extremely kind and welcoming, and he went above and beyond to help us. His support truly made the entire experience even better. I took a hour uber to Miami Lakes Mitsubishi. I called to confirm the car I wanted was still in stock and was told in a text to ask for Karla upon arriving. I stood around 40 minutes waiting for Karla to appear which she never did. Finally 20 mins before closing a nice salesman approached me and said he would help me. I test drove car, came inside, said I’m paying cash. He left to tell his manager and came back with a paper printed with extra fees. The major one was 1k dealer which shows it’s already included in the no haggle price. I showed him on the website that the price includes the processing and dealer fees he said you’re right! Btw, the no haggle price was told it’s set in stone no wiggle room so I was in agreement to pay the exact sticker price. He returned after showing the manager the website shows that price includes the dealer fees. He said no he won’t take the extra 1k dealer fee off the price. I have to pay it. I refused to be bamboozled into extra fees. How is that even legal when it’s stated on your website the fee is already included. Clearly, the manager knows nothing about customer satisfaction nor stepping up and acting accordingly when factual information is presented. A proper manager would honor what is shown and then make sure the website is updated so the issue never occurs again.
