Jose was just as amazing—very knowledgeable, patient, and focused on making the whole process smooth and stress-free. They both went above and beyond to get me a great deal and made sure I felt comfortable with every step. The customer service was top-notch, and you can tell they truly care about their clients. Brought my brand new Kia K4 for its first oil change and tire rotation. The service itself was fine, but I was disappointed by the final pricing transparency. I was initially quoted around $129–149, but the final bill ended up being almost $193 after additional “misc charges,” shop supplies, and oil treatment fees that were not clearly explained beforehand. Customers should always ask for the full out-the-door price before approving service. Staff was polite and the work was completed correctly, but the pricing structure felt unnecessarily inflated for a basic first maintenance service on a new vehicle.

I had a very disappointing experience with this service center. A few months ago, I had to tow my wife’s car there because it wouldn’t start. The service advisor told me the fuel pump was damaged and offered me two “options”: do the repair officially through the shop for $2,500, or have him and a mechanic do it “on the side” for $800. Unfortunately, I agreed to the second option since $2,500 seemed excessive and I didn’t have that amount available at the time. Ten months later, the car had the same issue again. This time they told me that the previous employee had been fired for being dishonest. They charged me $300 just for a “diagnostic,” saying it would be credited if I went ahead with the repair. A few days later, they called asking about the other car key — and that’s when it became clear the issue wasn’t mechanical at all, but due to a faulty key. Even so, they insisted on charging the $300 for “labor,” even though no actual repair was done. After three years of paying the lease and being a loyal customer, I expected more empathy and professionalism. Unfortunately, KIA Miami Lakes showed neither. I do not recommend this service center.

False advertising and very misleading inventory. I was contacted multiple times by this dealership saying the price had been lowered on a vehicle and encouraging me to come in, but the car isn’t even in their inventory. This feels like a bait-and-switch tactic just to get customers through the door. Advertising vehicles you don’t actually have and sending price drop alerts for them is misleading and a complete waste of customers’ time. Be very careful and verify inventory before trusting anything listed on their website.
