Wheel Fix It

My wife hit a massive pothole and damaged her rim and blew out her tire. I came to Edgar to repair the rims and he did a great job and was meticulous making sure the repair came out 100%. Extremely professional and I would highly recommend them.

Edgar and his team at Wheel Fix It Lauderhill are kind , courteous, and great people. Everyone there is friendly, knowledgeable, and informative . They are all hard workers and they work as a team to get the job done. My rims were repaired quickly and flawlessly. I can't say enough about how happy I am with the work they did for me. I wouldn't trust anyone else in South Florida to do the work that they perform. Nobody does it better than Wheel Fix it !! Went there for a simple tire repair (nail in tire). Ended up doing tire rotation as well. Two days later noticed one of my lug nuts was missing. I checked the other wheels and noticed that on 3 of them at least 1 lug nut was loose and could be removed by hand. I called and spoke to the owner, Edgar, who immediately responded by saying someone may have attempted to steal my wheels. Clearly the lug nuts were not torqued and tightened properly. He claimed that he diligently checks his employees work before the customer leaves, but on this occasion he left before the job was completed. He attempted to remedy the situation by offering a generic lug nut. This was not going to suffice, as my lug nuts cost close to $400. I hate to leave a bad review of a small family owned business , but I will never use their services again.

If you plan on going to that location, walk with cash and record your entire experience cause you might need it!!!! I walked in around 3:45 to get my rims fixed! I asked how much from the jump but didn’t get an answer. He proceeds to remove the tire to inspect it or whatever the case might be! Thats when he tried to charge me $200 to fix it! I told him no i’m not paying this much for it then he told me i had to give him $10 to put it back. No arguments, i gave him $10! He came back outside to negotiate the price then agreed to do it for 165. When the rim was ready, he started going at it with me because he said he was doing it for 175 not 165! He said i had to pay him or I wasn’t gonna get my tire back. I don’t carry this much cash on me and I figured with this many locations, it would’ve been a big establishment that accepts all types of payments. Nope!! So I said i would zelle him or use his card machine. Turns out he wanted to charge an extra 7% on zelle payments and no card machine available . Everything about my experience was horrible down to the way he was upset because i told him I didn’t need to add my name on his list of customers cause i will never come back! The rim he agreed to fix for 165 ended up costing me 182.25 and a boatload of disrespect.

Excellent Job by Wheel Fix it! I had hit a pothole and dented my rim, BMW told me that I needed to replace the rim at a cost of over $2000. I took it to WheelFixIt, and they were able to straighten the rim and resurface it for $285. While I was there, I had my TPMS sensors changed out. At BMW. This would be $1900. here at WheelFixIt it only costed me $500 for all four wheels. Just an excellent job by Carlos and the team at WheelFixIt. I really appreciate everything. Five stars.
