Top notch service. Fast and very convenient. TJ is great and Ashley is superb and very attentive. Had brake service done and prices were very reasonable. Highly recommended and definitely returning as my other vehicle has ac issue. This has now become my local favorite mechanic.

I was extremely disappointed with the service I received at this oil change shop. I had a scheduled appointment for 1:00 PM, but my car wasn’t ready until 2:25 PM. An oil change shouldn’t take nearly an hour and a half, and there was no communication about the delay. After paying for the service, I asked an employee when my car would be brought around. He told me another employee would bring it to me, so I went outside to wait. To my surprise, I saw an employee sitting inside my car, not moving it at all, while all my personal belongings were inside. After waiting even longer, I asked again if I could please get my vehicle because I had places to be. Instead of helping me, the employee became rude, raised his voice, and walked away. Since nobody seemed interested in returning my vehicle, I started walking toward my own car. At that point, another employee came running out of the office screaming at the top of his lungs, repeatedly telling me to leave and get out of the garage area. He aggressively approached me while yelling, making me feel threatened, intimidated, and completely unsafe as a customer. The customer service was absolutely terrible from start to finish. When I first arrived, nobody acknowledged me. I had to get out of my vehicle and search for an employee myself while several workers sat inside the office watching me. Not one person made an effort to greet me or assist me promptly. As a first-time customer, I was treated with complete disrespect. The excessive wait time, lack of professionalism, poor communication, and aggressive behavior from employees made this one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. No customer should be yelled at, ignored, or made to feel unsafe while spending their hard-earned money. I would never return to this business and would not recommend it to anyone. If you value professionalism, respect, and basic customer service, I suggest taking your vehicle elsewhere.

Ashley was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. They dealt with the repairs to my car in a very timely manner. They ran a diagnostic on my car and showed me the repairs that were needed as well as the cost to have those done. Everything was discussed upfront and I appreciated the transparency. I will definitely be bringing my car back here for any future repairs and services. I also observed the excellent customer service TJ provided. I highly recommend ATL Total Car Care!!

I had such a great experience at ATL Total Car Care. I brought my car in because it was driving a little funny and wanted to make sure everything was okay. TJ took the time to check everything and was completely honest with me about not finding any major issues.That level of honesty is hard to find. Ashley at the front desk was also super kind and welcoming. You can tell TJ genuinely cares about his customers and wants to make sure people leave feeling taken care of instead of taken advantage of. Amazing customer service, I highly recommend!
