Took my Audi to Auto Maintenance Experts for some major services (DSG, Haldex/F&R diff, brake flush, oil change). I called three other shops before them, and honestly, their price was the best by far, and really fair and not inflated like the others. Dropped the car off and they got everything done quickly. Picked it up the next day and it’s been running smooth with no issues. What stood out to me was how real and straightforward they were. No upselling, no pressure. They took the time to explain what actually needed to be done and even showed photos from the inspection so I could see for myself. El is a great mechanic, definitely ask for him. You can tell he knows his stuff. If you’re looking for the best price without cutting corners, this is the spot. I will definitely be coming back for future services.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this one is deserved. I went to Auto Maintenance Experts after getting a crazy high quote somewhere else. From the first call, El was straightforward and easy to talk to. He actually took the time to explain what might be going on and what to expect before I even showed up. Once I got there, they checked the car and got the work done quickly. No upselling, no surprises. The price ended up being a fraction of what I was originally quoted, that alone was a huge relief. A friend gave me El’s number, and I’m glad I listened. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can trust, but this felt like one of those rare spots that keeps it real. Brought my car in for service and left pretty impressed. They walked me through the problem before doing any work, didn't push unnecessary repairs, and the price matched what they quoted upfront. Car's been running great since. Easy to drop off, easy to deal with, and I didn't feel like I was being sold to at any point. This is my mechanic going forward.

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with my vehicle being repaired. El wanted to charge me nearly $2,000 to repair an issue related to my car misfiring. My car worked for 5 days after picking it up from his shop. My vehicle broke down again within a week while I was at work. I was forced to leave it at my workplace and have it towed to another repair shop. The second shop diagnosed and repaired the issue for $275. I was extremely disappointed that the original mechanic was unable to properly identify or fix the problem, despite charging me almost $700 for work that did not resolve the issue. The fact that my car broke down again with the same problem within days was both frustrating and upsetting. While I was offered a warranty with the so call repair El and his Team did , the experience of having my vehicle fail again so quickly caused me to lose confidence in allowing him or his team to perform any further work on my car. I no longer felt comfortable or assured in the quality of the repairs. Due to this experience, I cannot recommend this business at all.

Amazing shop, the manager is very understanding and knows what he’s talking about as well as the workers. The shop is fast and efficient and they keep you updated on any issues they may find with your vehicle even if that wasn’t the repair work to be done. 100% will be keeping this shop to work on my vehicles and I love how they are with pricing! If your vehicle is having issues or needs maintenance I’d say try them out! You will not regret it!
