Kims Auto is a complete rip off. I would advise everyone. If u like your car,and u want it back on time,and done right,do not go there. They are careless, don't understand English and the mechanic only wants to order Uber eats and they don't take their job seriously. They only care about money and not our safety. Please Stay away from this place. Or you will definitely need a new car
View on Google2016 MDX front wheel bearing replacement done with hammers and other shops equipment to perform simple bearing replacement. the mechanic that worked on the vehicle forgot to tighten the brake caliper bracket and one got loose and the other is missing causing it to rotate enough to scar my rims. IF THE LAST BOLT FEL OUT THE WHOLE BRAKE CALIPER WOULD OF JAMED UP MY WHEEL CAUSING MORE ISSUES LIKE BRKEN BRAKE LINES ECT.... My guess is that the mechanic was under the influence or just not mechanically inclined to do simple monkey type jobs🤔 I'll see them in civil court.
