I'm from Michigan and had a failure on my class c motor home, because of not being from the area I asked a local parts place for recommendations. This company was what they suggested, I meet with one of the employees to ask questions. Received favorable response and decided to bring the RV there. Arrived early because was told they openedat730 am, waited till 930am for anyone to show up. Retold them of my situation and left the RV. They called back ,a couple of days. Went in to talk with them was told I needed a serpentine belt and tension pulley which I oked plus an oil change since it was there anyway.forward a couple of days and call again they couldn't find the replacement part. I started a search and found a part took it in and they installed it. Called after install an said the driveshaft would not fit, so I got measurements and took the driveshaft to a shop to make it fit. Took it back they installed. A couple more days I called and they said it was all together, but it didn't work. So I drove it there left it to be worked on and had to have a wrecker pull it back to the campsite. Oh and they charged me 1319.62 to NOT fix my RV.

Absolutely will never want anyone to have to go through what they have and are still putting me through. Dropped my truck off here a few months back, paid the deposit of several thousand then and have had nothing but trouble getting my truck repaired and back. They still have my truck. Lady here keeps feeding me excuses, poor follow up, they're shut half the time and it's just been a nuisance. They offer no compassion that my work truck that im paying insurance on is sitting in their shop for what they told me would be a 2-week job now for close to or over 4 months. I keep trying to call them and im lucky to get a call back once a week for an update and a new batch of excuses. There is nothing professional about them at all. I wish someone warned me before I took my truck there.
View on GoogleMy work vehicle which is a Ford Transit 250 Cargo van had a few issues going on with uneven ware on the tires, a humming noise while driving, a emission error code for the check engine light, and noticeable oil under the engine. Due to the nature of my business it has been hard to find a shop that would accommodate my schedule and also to have a bay large enough to fit the truck. The folks at Professional Blessing and Tire Corp were flexible and work with my schedule. I dropped off the vehicle and they promptly accurately diagnosed all the issues the truck had, also recommend other maintenance that the truck needed due to millage, Once approved they started to work on the truck and had it ready for me by the estimated completion date. 100% transparency with all removed parts to show for work performed. Thank you Professional Blessing and Tire Corp for the great work. Truck working great and no more check engine light nor oil.
