If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve waited awhile to write this review because I really didn’t want to knock a small business. However, this needs to be done. I stopped by Eurotech Autowerks to have a simple oil change on my F30 BMW. The staff was friendly but that was simply a mask of the terrible workmanship this shop has. The oil change was complete and it appeared that everything was done correctly. I live about 7 miles from the shop so it wasn’t a long trip for me. I parked the car on the street this day because my parents were in town. Thankfully so. I woke up the next morning to grab something and noticed a large puddle of oil underneath the car. I didn’t think much of it other than maybe they dripped a little on the belly pan and it ran out. NO. I started the car and immediately received the oil low warning light. THE CAR LEAKED ALL OF THE OIL OUT!!! I immediately shut the car down and called the shop. The owner (I assume) asked me to let him take care of it. I have extreme emotional intelligence so instead of getting upset, I took him up on his offer. He sent a tow truck the next day and towed my car to the shop. He said the drain plug wasn’t tightened correctly and it wouldn’t be long. He made the “repairs” and sent me on my way. Before I even got on 17-92 good, I noticed that now my belly pan was dragging on the road which eventually led to it damaging most of my passenger side wheel well and snatched my front bumper splitter off. Instead of correctly removing the 16 or so 8mm bolts that hold the belly pan on, he just snatched it down to clean the oil that had leaked on it. Fast forward. It’s time for an oil change and not only did this business not change the drain plug, their fix to my leak was extremely over tightening the plug and stripping it out. This is unacceptable for someone calling them an euro tech shop. We pay a premium price for our premium German automobiles. If you truly care about your car, READ THIS REVIEW AND DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! My car had only ever been serviced my Fields BMW prior to this with zero issues or leaks. Every since this oil change it has been issue after issue after. I wouldn’t even let them work on a pallet jack. Proceed with caution. You have been warned!!!! Zero stars. Terrible workmanship. Close your doors and stop having your car friends leave 5 star reviews. See photos if you don’t believe me.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an absolutely excellent experience with Eurotech Autowerks! From start to finish, their customer service was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. A special thank you to Jeff, Cesar, and Gio — they truly went above and beyond. You can tell they take pride in what they do and really care about their customers. They serviced my BMW X5, and the quality of work was exceptional. What stood out the most was their honesty and transparency — something that can be hard to find. On top of that, their prices were much lower than any big dealership, yet the experience felt more comfortable and personal. I would highly recommend Eurotech Autowerks to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality service. You’ll be in great hands!

Highly recommended services. I did my homework before coming to this new location. The owner and employees were so compassionate and empathetic. The integrity was everything for me. Not only did I drop my car off, I wanted to also reward them for taking good care of me with snacks. The owner also came in on Sunday to ensure my car was ready so I wouldn’t lose clients today. The world need more business like this. Family owned business with great turnaround time. As a single female, I was honored to also learn more about cars. My BMW ride like New and will remain a loyal customer! Exceptional Customer Service. I’m also Thankful that Mr. Eric (floater) took me home after dropping my car off and graciously picked me up. He was engaged in conversation and very helpful. Please, look NO further….. let Jeffery know I sent you and be kind to my guys! **Beware** this owner is a Liar and thief plus a Vandal...made un approved repairs after taking in for only s diagnostic and Charged me $ 1000 thousand dollars under the fake pretext that he fixed all the issues...the car didnt make it out the parking lot and immidiately had errors....took it back to him the next day and didnt hear back from him until the next week, when i finally got a callback he admits not knowing how to fix the car and that if i want to maybe find out i would need to pay him an extra $ 89 dollars an hour to search for errors..i was like you charged me $ 1000 already to supposably fix it but didnt..im not paying for weak attempts to try and fix....after convo went no where ended up having him telling me he would only return $ 300 and that he would stay with $ 650 for his weak attempt at fixing it, after i said thats not at all fair or correct and i might have to take him to court..he told me i had "12" hours to pickup my car or he would "Charge" me for Storage fees" ...are you kidding me?? Ontop of everything ..when i went to get my car that same day..i rescanned my car with a proffesional Car Scanner and now i have 20+ electrical issues" ..this man ended up out of spite ripping out my electrical components on purpose to further damage my Car ..this guy is a Maniac...attached are photos of everything and can provide proof to anyone needing just reach out to me..i bet im not the only one here damaged by him ...also another review below me by the name of Francisco lluberes another customer also expressing having this owner make un approved work without the permission and fronting the customers with a high bill....you have been Warned...attached are the photos for proof and multiple electric damages he caused to the car out of revenge for asking him to do the right thing of fixing my car or returning my money...you have been Warned".....

My mom and step dad get their car fixed there. They told me about the place. They really do good work. I will always recommend them to anybody. They are soooooo amazing Thanks again.
