The location was not busy when I arrived. I expected to save money, but their prices matched those of my regular service provider. Additionally, they did not install my splash shield correctly, as it lacked the necessary clips. I returned before work, yet they still failed to use the proper clips ( they didn't charge me for that). These clips detached during my commute, causing the splash shield to fall onto the roadway. Fortunately, there was no vehicle directly behind me, preventing a potential accident on I-4. I know that for some, a splash shield is not important, but I like to keep my car operational.

I went to have my wife’s car aligned and payed $85 plus taxes. When they were done with alignment one of there employees told me they couldn’t do an accurate alignment because the passenger front lower ball joint was bad. They told me to get it fixed and to bring it back to redo the alignment. I asked if I can do the repair myself and they said yes. I had the part fixed and then when I went back to have it realigned an older woman told me that I’m order to have it realigned they had to replace the part. I explained to her that that’s not what her employees had told me and that they also gave me a 60 day warranty and wrote it down on the paper with the receipt and I showed her. She the asked me to wait around for a couple of her employees to get back from their lunch break so that I can show her which one. When I did he admitted to telling to bring it back and to giving me the 60 day warranty. After this was acknowledged she then went off on the employee, scolding him in front of me (Very Unprofessional) telling him that why would he say that, what do we do here. Then asking him if he was going to pay to have it done again. She then said she had 3 other cars waiting for an alignment. The funny thing was there was a car in the alignment rack sitting there for 40 minutes and none touched it. She asked me to come the next day. I arrived the next day and when I go there it had been pulling to the left. She called an employee and supposedly had him realign the car but when I left it was still pulling to the left. I went back and said it still pulling to the same side. She said that she honored the warranty. The warranty is for 60days and then proceeded to tell me I voided the warranty by replacing the part by ruining the alignment. The alignment was never compete. Nothing but excuses. She refused to correct the alignment I paid for!

This was my first time going to the shop, which I'm glad I did very friendly staff.The lady that assists to me was very sweet and welcoming.I wish I would have gotten her name.She had long brown hair with glasses, i went there to get all four new tires, i must say I did have to wait quite often only because they had to order them.They were pretty busy throughout the day. If I ever need anything done to my car , I will definitely be back to this place.
