First time visiting this brand-new Tesla Service Center and I’m genuinely impressed. The service was excellent—my concerns were addressed immediately, I was provided a loaner, and communication was constant. I got regular updates through the app and by phone, and the follow-up afterward was amazing. Nothing to complain about—5 stars. Special thanks to Sebastian, my service advisor, for taking great care of everything. I’d definitely choose this location again.

I recently had my vehicle serviced at Tesla, and I want to take a moment to recognize the outstanding experience I had. Amanda provided truly exceptional customer service from start to finish. She was attentive, patient, and genuinely invested in understanding my concerns. She took the time to listen carefully, asked thoughtful questions, and made sure I felt heard and supported throughout the entire process. Her communication was clear, proactive, and reassuring, which made a potentially stressful situation much easier to navigate. I also want to highlight Erik’s meticulous approach to diagnosing the issue. He was incredibly thorough and detail-oriented, taking the time to carefully investigate and ensure the root cause was correctly identified. It was clear that he was committed not just to fixing the problem, but to making sure the solution was accurate and long-lasting. His professionalism and dedication gave me a lot of confidence in the service provided. Both Amanda and Erik exemplify the level of excellence and care that truly represents Tesla at its best. I came in to service my car, which needed tire rotation, air filter, replacement, and a small repair on the front bumper. The service was amazing! I was immediately seen. The Service rep was very clear and thorough with the work that was going to be done. The waiting area was very accommodating and they finished the work quicker than expected in less than an hour.

The service was very very good, Daniel Cruz was very professional and very accommodating. He explained and answered all our concerns. I will definitely recommend him to everyone. I went in 4-5 weeks ago to have my 12V battery swapped and paid ~$300-400. Over the following weeks, numerous new novel problems and alerts started to arise eventually leading to my car becoming inoperable. Could not shift into gear. Could not put it into Tow Mode. I’ve had the car for 7 years, never had these problems. I ask Tesla to please fix it. They tell me “mobile service isn’t possible, you’ll need roadside.” So I call my insurance roadside assistance, hire a tow truck through insurance and because my car cannot even shift gears tow truck says he can’t tow it from my parking garage because it is so messed up that it cannot get into Tow Mode nor shift into Neutral etc. So I tell Tesla I really need “mobile service” and they say I need to pay them $300-400 just for towing to them. To fix the numerous novel problems that they created from a simply 12V battery swap. It’s been a huge hassle and pain because I don’t have a choice but to simply pay them the money. I’ll of course never buy Tesla again, and I’ve told all my friends and family the same.
