First let me say that the work performed by the technician Ariel is top notch 5 stars, he knows what to do and has worked on my FJ several times, as a matter of fact, he usually the only one I allow him to work on my vehicle. After my initial review for being overcharged Sam the store manager reached out to me and offered to refund me the overcharges, after we spoke he (Sam) made it right for the overcharges and I was issued a refund. That’s what I call good customer service, after bringing my FJ for the last 19 years to 4 Wheel Parts, I will continue to be a repeat loyal customer. And thank you Sam for being a stand up guy. Alejandro and Ariel we're amazing... 10 star service. I had four new fox shocks and a front end alignment... sales and service were exemplary. Alejandro was extremely knowledgeable about products and help me make the right choices. Ariel managed to get what turned into a complicated removal of the front struts, bolts seized up, and he still was able to get the job done before the end of the day.
