They took their time to inspect my car properly and provide exactly the service it needed, nothing more, nothing less. It’s rare to find a place that works with such honesty and professionalism, and this shop definitely stands out. We were helped by wonderful people: Juan, who performed the service on my car with great care; Christian, who explained everything about the filters and why it’s important to change them at certain mileage, something I had never really understood before; and of course, the owner, who treated us with genuine kindness and respect from the moment we walked in. As a woman, I often feel a bit lost with car maintenance, but for the first time ever, someone took the time to explain everything clearly, without rushing and without trying to upsell anything. I really appreciated that. Another big plus: they are pet-friendly, which is amazing! Their location is super convenient, and the waiting area is comfortable, clean, and perfect for passing the time while your car is being serviced. I left feeling confident, well-informed, and taken care of. I 100% recommend them, honest, professional, and truly customer-focused. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Found a nail in my tire right when the store was getting ready to close. I took a chance stopping by, hoping they could help me since it was a long weekend. I cannot say enough how helpful Chris was. He immediately agreed to take care of my problem. I was then met by Napo, the mechanic who fixed the tire and, again, I was beyond humbled by the way they both treated me. The professionalism they demonstrated was something you don’t often see in places anymore. I recommend them 200% and will definitely be back for future services.

He is also always willing to help even looking for options elsewhere. The only downside is how long it took to get it done but I understand these jobs can be time consuming. I will continue to come here for any service that my car needs.

At check-in, the first guy firmly said the online price was wrong and hadn't been updated yet, offering a discount but no price match, which was frustrating as a repeat customer. But Chris at checkout listened to my feedback and honored the online price seamlessly. Outstanding customer service that turned it all around. Highly recommend!
