I went to this place yesterday because my tire supposedly had a small screw. They charged me $40 for the “repair,” but as soon as I left, the tire went flat and could not be inflated. I had to call Road Services, who found the tire completely ruined. I called the shop to ask for a solution and they offered none. I ended up having to buy a new tire elsewhere. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and customer service. I do not recommend this place.

They tried to charge me 20 dollars to top up nitrogen in one tire when the gas station next to it was 3 usd for 5 minutes enough time to fill out 4 tires completely outrageous attached it’s a fact that not one mile from the place there’s nitrogen at 3 usd

I visited this store for a tire repair (nail). After-that, i discovered and noticed a serious issue: my wheel lock on the front tire was severely damaged and completely seized. This damage occurred during the tire repair they performed for 65$!!!!! I had to take my car to manufacture service, where they also struggled with the lock. The only solution was to damage the rim to remove the locking bolt. This store’s negligence and lack of professionalism resulted in: • A $240 charge from service to remove the wheel lock • Damage to my rim during the removal process • Lost time and a workday • A wasted $65 I paid here for a poor-quality repair. To make matters worse, the onsite manager failed to offer any assistance or even understand the issue. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place. Their lack of accountability and substandard service are unacceptable.

PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE YOU COME HERE I’ve had my 2015 Corolla for 6 years with no problems. I’ve always gotten my oil change and brake pads changed when necessary. I brought it here to do everything and not only did they upsell me but they unfortunately messed up my car permanently. AFTER TWO DAYS MY CAR WAS NOT DRIVABLE. I had to get it towed back to them and the problem was that they forgot to “add a screw” when changing the rotor of the wheel. They also did not change them even though I paid for them to be changed (I had this verified by another mechanic) I will be contacting the Mr. Pallazolle directly.
