Thank you to Elvis Hernandez for the outstanding service he has provided ever since I got my car. I am really glad he has been my service advisor throughout the years. Elvis pays close attention to detail, takes the time to explain everything clearly, and lets me know what repairs or maintenance items should be prioritized. What I appreciate most is that he never makes me feel like I am being taken advantage of or pushed into unnecessary services. He is honest, professional, and genuinely looks out for his clients. It is hard to find someone you can trust when it comes to car service. Highly recommend asking for Elvis if you want someone knowledgeable, trustworthy, and attentive!

What could have easily turned into a horrible situation ended up being one of the best experiences I've ever had at a dealership, all thanks to the incredible service department and their manager Elvis Hernandez. From start to finish he went above and beyond to make sure l was taken care of. He handle everything with professionalism and compassion, making the whole process seamless and stress-free. I can confidently say this dealership's service department sets the standard, five stars doesn't even feel like enough. I had an excellent experience with the Infiniti Service Department. They were able to schedule my appointment right away and quickly diagnosed the issue with my car. Throughout the process, they kept me updated on the progress and made sure I understood every step. The service rep and manager were professional, courteous, and incredibly accommodating; even providing transportation to and from the dealership, which made everything so convenient. It’s rare to find this level of customer service these days, and I truly appreciate their attention to detail and care. Highly recommend!
