Super fast service and such a smooth experience overall. They replaced one of my Tesla tires quickly and efficiently, and the whole process was stress-free. I really appreciated that they have cameras in the shop so you can see exactly what’s being done to your car — major peace of mind. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and had a great ambiance. Friendly staff and great energy all around. Highly recommend.
View on GoogleGreat location; I get my oil changed here regularly. They even repaired my Honda’s air conditioning, and they are always ready for work and do it efficiently. The inside of the location is also very nice, with a coffee station and some putt-putt golf to take your mind off things. Will definitely be coming back.
View on GoogleCame here twice. I had purchased a Groupon for a full synthetic oil change. First morning I showed and the gentleman at the front let me know they had no oil left, took my number and info down, told me he would reach out when they had more oil. Never called me. I also mentioned to this gentleman I had a Groupon and he didn’t mention they no longer accept Groupon, just said okay. Second time I came back and a different gentleman at the front desk told me they haven’t accepted Groupons in months and they’ve “been fighting to get it taken down”. Told me my oil change would be $80 and that I would have to reach out to Groupon. At this point, I’m already here, let’s just do it. My oil change took about 40 mins which was painless. He comes back in to the waiting area to charge me and is on the phone with someone saying that they remember quoting me $100- something… I told the gentleman that was false, nobody quoted me anything and nobody before mentioned anything about Groupon no longer being valid. I hope this team gets it together internally to offer a better experience. It’s a nice shop and the guys are nice, there was just too much he said and he said which hindered my experience.
View on GoogleGreat experience. I had a nail in my tire and desperately needed help. I passed by Motoro Cars and I’m so happy I went to them. They had plenty of cars to work on but they managed to squeeze me in and in a quick manner. They were very helpful and attentive. Would highly recommend!!
