They rendered my vehicle useless! Very nice and friendly people, but sometimes you need to redo work again even if it’s time consuming. Went to change a part that needed to be replaced and was advised that another part needed replacement located where engine had to be lifted quoted approx. $2,000.00 ended up over $4,000.00 bill ( I took replacement parts worth $1,700.00). Received my car telling me that another part had been compromised in the process, and the engine would have to be lifted again at the same rate ( pay for lift again ) to fix the problem.My vehicle was returned with engine light on, and shakes like a lawnmower when coming to a stop, and now leaking oil. Definitely it has not been a positive experience. I’m basically worse off than my original problem. Often times in any industry your only choice is to start again regardless of time or effort, at the expense of your reputation. Happy unfortunately I am not. In conclusion my car was not fixed at a great expense. Also, engine company brand silver logo disappeared from engine cover? *** Car dealership technicians undergo regular, mandatory training to stay updated on rapidly evolving vehicle technologies, including electric vehicles (EVs), advanced diagnostics, and complex computer systems. ***

This shop did not fix my car as I paid for and blocks from their shop, I was stranded. Do not believe the reviews. He did nothing to correct their faulty repair and hung up when questioned. I am left with no car on December 30. Stay as far away as possible.

We need more business owners like this in the world. Santos is helpful, honest and very fair. I went in with a couple issues on my truck and told him I also needed new brake pads because they’d never been replaced. He did everything needed at a great price and then showed me my brakes and said “I can do em if you want, but they’re fine” when he could have just charged me and I would have never known. Won’t bring my truck anywhere else in Miami

I recently had the pleasure of taking my vehicle to J Santos Auto Repair and I must say, it was quite the positive experience. Not only did they do a great job on my vehicle, but they had me in and out in under an hour! I was extremely impressed with their efficiency and professionalism. The staff at J Santos Auto Repair were all very helpful and friendly. They took the time to explain what was going on with my vehicle and what needed to be done. I never felt like I was being talked down to or taken advantage of. They listened to my concerns and addressed them accordingly. One of the things I appreciated most about J Santos Auto Repair was their fair pricing. They didn't try to charge me extra for things I didn't need and they charged accordingly for the work that was done. I felt like they had my best interest in mind and that they were genuinely interested in helping me out. Overall, I would highly recommend J Santos Auto Repair to anyone in need of auto repair services. They are efficient, professional, friendly, and their pricing is fair. It was an excellent experience and I will definitely be going back in the future.
