I brought my car in for a coolant leak and ended up leaving with a transmission malfunction that I never had before. My vehicle had no transmission issues prior to taking it to this shop. Communication was also extremely poor. I repeatedly called for updates and often couldn’t even get anyone to answer the phone. As a customer, especially when your car is being worked on for several days, you expect transparency and professionalism. If you own a high-end or luxury vehicle, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. My experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and left me with a bigger problem than the one I originally came in to fix. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.
