In the midst of a battle in between insurances, adjusters, tow trucks, and some flooding. I was glad to have Deryan Vela and the sweet young lady at the desk in my corner as backup. I was knocked down a couple times, but then they hopped in the ring, and duked it out for me. 123 combo. I left what I thought was a sad event (total loss on my car) with a smile on my face because their service. Recommend.

While the front desk receptionists were very kind and professional, the experience with the service itself was mixed. The quote I received was significantly higher than expected, and when I asked for clarification on the specific issues with my car, I was met with a strange attitude from one of the mechanics. I appreciate the help from the front office, but the communication from the shop left a lot to be desired.

View on GoogleVery overpriced and falsify labor hours and order extra materials to increase price. Labor time (HR) the wanted to charge me was double of what other shops including the dealer told me for the same job. They wanted to order excess material that wasn’t needed at full dealer price when they could be easily be obtained for 20-30 percent cheaper from authorized dealers that sell the same part (verified by part number). After paying 250 they told me if I left (after they quoted me 10k 🤣. Then they would not use the 250 diagnostic fee to discount the cost. Which the dealer even does.
