Drivers Collision Center did an amazing job!! They took only 2 weeks to bring my truck back to its original state.. and thats with the insurance companies dragging their feet. Well done!! View on GoogleSomeone hit my car while I was at work, and I was really stressed about the whole situation. From the beginning, the staff was very helpful and made the process much easier to deal with. The workers kept me updated throughout the entire time my car was there and made sure I always knew what was going on!! that communication really helped ease my anxiety during a frustrating situation. My car was taken care of and everything was handled professionally. I really appreciate the level of care and customer service I received here❤️
View on GoogleTwo horrible services. Should’ve never went back but gave them benefit of the doubt. Car battery was drained both times. Second time I had just put in a new battery. Paint job was chipped and after I informed them, they said that was the best they can do. First service, car had to be return due to missed work. Second service, the car took over a month for simply repairs and still work was missed!!! Biggest thing I want you to know before considering this place: Every time I got a quote, i was over quoted. I called this out to the manager Daphne multiple times and could not get a clear explanation. To confirm I was being over quote, I had my insurance fix the same damages I was quoted for twice & both times the services were MORE THAN $1000 cheaper. I should’ve knew not to go back the second time and will not get me a third. Find a better collision center.

They kept in contant contact with me any question I had was answered. Truly satisfied with their work and their customer service. You won't be disappointed.
View on GoogleAbsolutely amazing experience! They are very flexible and checking my car in for a repair was fast and smooth. They quote you before you leave. They have options to work with direct payment and with insurance (I paid myself). They explained everything perfectly and immediately ordered the parts for my car the same day. Parts took a few days from the manufacturer to arrive but they scheduled me for next day service once the parts arrived. They completed the repairs above standard I’m super happy with everything. They go above and beyond and left a custom air freshener in the vehicle, a custom plastic key holder for my Tesla key card, and a personal thank you note in my car as well. Will absolutely recommend them and use them again!
