I purchased four tires that were represented as having a 20,000-mile warranty; however, when one developed a persistent leak, the warranty was not honored or meaningfully evaluated. After a separate puncture, I was advised that a standard repair could void the warranty on the remaining tires and was encouraged to replace the tire instead. I was also charged $100 for inspection and a patch—significantly above typical pricing. Overall, the experience raised concerns about transparency, warranty practices, and the alignment of recommendations with customer interests. I would recommend carefully reviewing terms in writing and considering other options before proceeding.
