Today I brought my car in for maintenance service. Unfortunately, I didn’t feel comfortable with the overall customer experience. The attention and communication felt very transactional, and I believe there was a lack of customer guidance throughout the process. I would have appreciated a more service-oriented approach, especially when reviewing the diagnosis and explaining the work being done on the vehicle. Additionally, the waiting time was extremely long, which made the experience even less pleasant. Overall, I did not feel satisfied or comfortable with the service provided. I hope management can review these aspects and focus on improving customer care, communication, and the waiting experience for clients.
