Posner Park Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM FIAT Service

I have had Mopars all of my life, and I’ve been to dealerships all over the mid East Coast for Service. But I can tell you that the Posner Dodge Service team, in Davenport, is the best one I’ve been to. And my Service Advisor, Stephanie Gomez, is hands down, the best That I have dealt with. She’s always keeping me on track, and up-to-date on when my services are due, And she’s always looking out for me to find me the best deals and specials. She is top-notch. A++++

Luis is amazing. We had just bought our Jeep from another dealership and was having some issues. The dealership that we bought it from wouldn’t help us, but Luis got us right in and diagnosed the problem quickly. I highly recommend seeing him for any of your service needs!

My service advisor was Stephanie and she was AMAZING! She took care of all my issues and communicated so well. I’ve been to other dealerships, and they have been so frustrating to deal with, but this was such a great experience. I also got to meet the technician who worked on my car and he explained a couple things to me which was reassuring and something above and beyond that I’ve never had at other dealerships! I am so happy to have found a new dealership home for service for my car!

Shoutout to Stephanie Gomez. Today’s car service took exactly as long as she said it would; and I value that when having to go to get a car serviced. I look forward to working with Stephanie again in the future.

I'm very sorry to give this awful review, but it is earned. I took my van in for an oil change in February. I told them my check engine light was on. We paid $2,300 in repairs for the van, but apparently not one of those had anything to do with the check engine light. I did not know they didn't address the light at all (pure negligence on their part, ignorance on mine). They didn't erase my change oil sensor, so I continued driving my van with the change oil light on and the check engine light for 3-4 weeks. Then, my car wouldn't start. I took it immediately to the dealer. I told them my car wouldn't start, and it wasn't the battery because my battery was 1 year old. They did not listen to me. My van was in the shop for 3 weeks going back and forth with the warranty trying to get things covered. I had a leaky gasket, and then broken camshafts. The dealership also tried to upsell me a catalytic converter, and a fuel service that WE HAD DONE IN FEBRUARY! NO! They told me the catalytic converter MIGHT be faulty, they did not know, but recommended I buy it anyway. Um, NO!! I FINALLY got the camshafts and leaky gasket approved and fixed. Day 20, they try to sell me a battery. NO, ABSOLUTELY NOT. They had to jump my van just so I could drive it to get my FREE, NEW BATTERY that was under warranty. My van broke down a few hours later and is not even taking a jump. So, unfortunately, I spent $3k out pocket for normal maintenance, and then the warranty spent $8k in repairs, and I spent $450. My van is broken down. I could tow it back to the dealer, but I won't let them touch my vehicles anymore. They lost 5 customers (my family). I will never trust them again. If they had just addressed the check engine light in February, OR if they had believed me that the battery wasn't to blame, OR if they had test driven my car, maybe I could have saved myself $$$$ and already had a new car by now.
