Horrible experience. Charged me $80 for a diagnosis. Told me my problem was the water filter. I bought the water filter, he replaced it and charged me $180. I drive off and my car is making the same noise, so I drive back and he tells me it's a different part instead. He took the new water filter out so that I could bring back the correct part affirming that I would need to pay another $200 for the replacement of the correct part. Now I come back and leave my car there for TWO DAYS only for him to tell me he needs $400 to fix my car. I told him no, to give me my $180 back then, and keep the $80 for the diagnostic. He refused to give me my money back. I dropped $260 FOR NOTHING. Dirty dishonest people.

Horrible horrible experience!! You are better off going to a dealership. First off, I did have a great experience with him with 2 oil changes and some work that needed to be done but only because I bought the parts/oil. When it came to replace my transmission, he had NO idea what he was doing. I gave him my car on July 5th and did not get it back until today Oct 4th and with getting it back and everything in between that he says was wrong, my windshield wipers don’t work and HE broke my latch to open my hood, and when I get my car home I see he did not finish putting my car together. I have pieces on my passenger floor! Very very incompetent and his communication skills are horrible. We will NEVER use or recommend him. I’m better off paying dealership prices than going to one of these side places. If you think you found the place, guess again and move on!

Place is a fraud. They tried to fix my tire with a bike patch and they grinded it down so much they damaged my tire. Charged me 20 for the patch then the patch didn’t work. Then replaced my tire and charged me $55. When I asked about the 20 of the failed patch he said it wasn’t the patch it was the tire. Spent $70. Please don’t come here. I paid it but god don’t like ugly. Karma will do its job.

Came here because I had a leak in my front tire, the guy that was doing the tire work outside was EXTREMELY nice and professional. Awesome genuine guy that has great customer service. Found out the leak was from a nail and it punctured the sidewall, I wanted a used tire since it's not safe to patch that area. They didn't have my tire size and offered to get one, but I went somewhere else. I offered to pay but they wouldn't take my money and said it was fine. If I ever need anything else, I will refer to this location.

I’d give them negative stars if I could. But here are my two cents: DISHONEST people, terrible service, wrong diagnosis. Took forever to figure out what was wrong with my car and when they (supposedly) did they couldn’t have been more wrong! Took my money and gave me an extra car issue to fix somewhere else. Avoid this place at all costs… other mechanics nearby will do a great job. Run away from the headache these people may cause you.
