I park here monthly and I have no complaints. They have many amenities available within the parking area. If you are a Truck driver this is almost a one stop shop. Monthly rates are reasonable. You can go find cheaper places somewhere else but you won’t get as much amenities as this one. It’s in the heart of everything you need as a Truck driver with the Pilot down the street and Dealership along the same road.
View on GoogleAlthough they weren't able to fix the problem that our truck had, but they really did a great job in trying to fix it, had a really good price for service. And did everything that is possible to do. I really recommend them!! Nice sincere people that are trying to do their best.
View on GooglePoor customer service!! I went to have a tire replaced but the woman working the counter was extremely rude! The whole conversation lasted under a minute. I walked in and she asked how she could help. I told her the air pressure in a tire is low and I am filling it up every 2-3 days, could I please have it replaced. She asks if I'm sure that's what I want. After I said yes and can I have it looked at, she asks the size. I wasn't sure but I said the make and model but she just points to my car, which was about 15 feet from where she was sitting and tells me to get the size and get back to her. She couldn't bother getting up and helping make a sale. Her attitude was very condescending as well. I just left and came to another tire shop down the street. The professionalism is night and day.

View on GoogleI recently took my trailer to this shop for a full rewire and brake wiring job. They initially quoted me about $267, and I even offered to bring my own wires to help keep costs down. Despite this, they failed to communicate clearly and ended up hiking the price to $420 without any warning. On top of that, the staff was rude and dismissive when I questioned the sudden increase. They claimed the mechanic should have informed me, but no one ever did. Overall, their lack of communication and poor customer service makes this place a business to avoid. If you value clear pricing and respectful service, take your trailer elsewhere.
