This morning I had to park for a few minutes on the edge of the truck stop only to throw away trash from my truck and use the restroom, since there were no parking spots available inside. I understand that it is not a designated parking area, and I respect that. I normally do not park in improper places to avoid problems and to follow the rules. However, the way I was treated was unacceptable. As soon as I stepped out of my truck, this gentleman started taking pictures of my truck, including the numbers and markings, without even asking why I was there. That behavior was unnecessary and inappropriate. He told me I could use five minutes but that he was not responsible and that I could not park there. I understand that. What I do not accept is the attitude and lack of basic respect. That being said, I also want to address something important: many drivers leave trash around these areas. That is unacceptable. If we are given a place to rest after long hours on the road, the least we can do is keep it clean. The irresponsibility of some drivers affects all of us. If we want respect, we must show respect.

They take 6 h to change water pump and the mechanic keep non-focusing by talking all the time on the phone and finally after all that waiting, they told me we did a wrong part. Come back tomorrow morning and fix it when I came back next day I found a new mechanic another one another shift they don’t they don’t know nothing about my situation so they have already another trucks and they didn’t call for the parts like it’s a new people so isn’t professional for loves company I will lost my appointment for the load they don’t care Date: MAR 3rd after noon

View on GoogleI wanted to change the oil on my truck. I had oil and filters, when they changed it the check light came on. I say the check light wasn't on when I got here. They said we will fix this problem. Well, there will be a charge for this. I refused this, went out of here and saw that there was a plug disconnected. I went back and showed them this, they broke this plug they didn't want to do it to me, they said, Open a claim. They gave me some number. Call here. Then I made them run diagnostics on my truck and shut off these check engine. Don't come here, they are stupid and shameless.
