These people are horrible. I had a transmission replaced and they gave my car back then on the way home from the shop my brakes locked up. Before I brought it in for the transmission everything worked normal. Then because I wouldn't let them charge me to repair the damage they caused which was the caliper and rotor and hub and brake pads on both sides they charged me to tow my car to my house. I would be very leary of using them as they dont take responsibility for damage they cause. I will never use them again but I will warn many about them.

My First visit here was Today. Not even an Hour ago. I was more than Pleased with Jones AUTO. I was in & out in less than 20 minutes probably. I needed Waylon's MiniBike tire put on his new Rim. I did not have to Wait time. The mechanic was right there waiting for me. The tire & Rim is so small I'm sure it was a Pain but he got the Job done on good timing too. It was very inexpensive (again it's a MiniBike tire). I definitely recommend Jones AUTO for having the shortest Wait time I've experienced. They don't drag out the Job to charge for more Labor! The Best part was when I was told the Price! Very inexpensive. Awesome job!!

I am very unhappy with the service I got two new tires put on they forgot to tighten my back tire and it has messed up my rotar because the tire shifted. because they failed to make sure everything was safe and secure I could have died.

I would give this place a zero if I could!! Took my brand new tires down to them to be mounted on my rims, told me it would take an hour turned into 1hour 45 minutes. Then I get in my truck and go home and my buddy pointed out my rim was scratched. So I went around my truck, looking at all of my rims, and they was all scratched with one of them being spray-painted from the guy that put my tires on so I went back the next day and confronted them about it and said they didn’t do it that I was the one that spray painted it then I sent pictures of the old tires that they took off with spray paint on them and pieces of metal from my rim inside the old tire told me they wouldn’t do anything about it because it was not them told me all I wanted was money and that he could buy my rims for $80 pictures below is of old tires and damage to the rims

I recently got my ac checked out at there shop because it was blowing hot they had to recharge my ac and they put freeon in it they said I had to replace my entire ac and that with the recharge and freeon it was only going to last 2 days it has been about a month now and it still blows as cold as when it was recharged that place is a scam I also had my power steering fixed everything else was fine on the car then when I got it back I had a blown head gasket and my left mirror dosnt adjusted anyone thinking to go to them to get something fixed don’t they run a scam not a proper business
