I explained to Jose my window regulator problem. My car is 24 years old, and the window parts are not readily available. Through the connections Jose knows, he had the part in hand in TWO days! Jose sent his employee Edgar to my residence, and replaced my regulator within 1 hour! AMAZING customer service, and I HIGHLY recommend. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Global Auto Glass Services!

View on GoogleI recently had something fly into my windshield, while driving on the expressway. It happened on a Saturday so I could only file the claim. On Tuesday safelight came but the window they were installing was cracked, and wouldn’t be in until Thursday. I contacted Jose from global and he h guy it staff out to me within a hour! Once installed the second technician followed! Not only fast, but very friendly and with such excellent timing! Thank you Jose and staff!
