My family and I have been loyal customers of this car wash for many years, which makes this experience especially disappointing. Unfortunately, the manager, Denis, was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I politely asked if my vehicle could be finished a little quicker, and instead of responding respectfully, he raised his voice, yelled at me, and caused a scene in front of other customers. This isn’t the first time I’ve heard complaints about his behavior. I’ve spoken with employees at another location, and they also described him as someone who frequently loses his temper. No customer should be treated this way, especially after asking a simple question respectfully. Denis’s behavior reflects poorly on the company and negatively impacts the customer experience. I hope management seriously reviews this situation, because having someone with this attitude in a management position damages the reputation of an otherwise good business.

The shampoo wash was outstanding, and my car looked like new when they finished. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the whole experience easy. I also took in my 2024 Toyota Grand Highlander, and it looked great too. I really appreciated the excellent customer service. Highly recommend this car wash!
