I just had a pre-purchase inspection done. I was impressed with the service provided. Patrick was extremely helpful and got the vehicle right in. The inspection was thorough and he even sent me a walkaround video. The prices quoted for repairs needed are reasonable as well. I totally recommend Aventura Motor Service. Thank you Patrick

View on GoogleI came in to check if there was a dead animal in my car engine. Before anything, I specifically asked the worker NOT to perform any service without telling me the cost first. He found the animal and removed it with a stick — simple and quick. Only after the job was done did I have to ask what the charge would be, and he said $270. When I calmly mentioned that he never told me the price beforehand (which is exactly what I asked for), he started shouting at me inside the store in front of other customers. He even said he would “go put the animal back in my car” if I didn’t want to pay — even though I NEVER said I wouldn’t pay. I was simply shocked at the price and wanted an explanation. Their own agreement states that costs over $100 must be disclosed before performing any service. Instead of honoring that, he lied directly and said he had already told me the price — which he absolutely did not. The entire experience was uncomfortable, disrespectful, and a complete rip-off. I ended up paying way more than anyone else would charge for something so simple.
