I have used ZEMBOWERS for years and have been satisfied with their work. I'd give them 5 stars for their work. I primarily used them for the big jobs, spending at least 2k every time I've taken my car in. Over the years I've probably spent close to 20k at ZEMBOWERS. ZEMBOWERS has always been priced higher than most private shops, but now they were higher than the dealership for most work quoted. Had I not driven from across town I'd have returned to get my car when I received my quote. Sorry ZEMBOWERS, there's not a high probability that I'll return. You get one star for pricing.

Just came for an oil change while they had a great deal running. Service was quick, even though I was a few minutes late. (My apologies & thank you for your grace) I scheduled my appointment initially through Jay, and was greeted by him again at check in. As a woman (and someone who knows nothing about cars) I get scared going to an auto shop alone. But Jay was very easy going & helpful. He thoroughly explained everything on my inspection without trying to persuade me to get more work done. 10/10 experience. Nothing to be scared of!

This is NOT a fly by night repair shop that will take advantage of you or perform sub par repairs with low quality parts. Zembower’s fixes your vehicle right the first time and stands behind the work they perform. Whether it’s my diesel truck or my wife’s SUV, they always treat me right and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Took my car about a year ago due to it stop running. It ended up having a frozen valve crank shaft so I decided to not fix it due to value of car. Staff at zembower's were extremely knowledgeable, fair and although they did not fix car they were very fair with charges to pull apart engine to find issue. I have since purchased a used truck and intend on having them fix a few things that are wrong with it. I have recommended them to many friends for their honesty, professionalism and fair prices. It is difficult lately to find a honest mechanic that doesn't take advantage of clients and they do not. Good to have them around
