I had a great experience at Altamonte New & Used Tires on 436. I came in needing a tire and was helped right away with absolutely no wait time. Ali took care of me and got me a quality used tire at a very fair price. Money was a little tight, and I didn’t have enough to purchase a brand-new tire, so having the option to get a reliable used tire really helped me out. Ali was professional, honest, and made the whole process quick and stress-free. A lot of tire shops and big-name places can try to charge you a lot more than necessary, but here I felt respected and genuinely taken care of. If you’re in the area and need tires without breaking the bank, I definitely recommend stopping by and talking to Ali. Big shoutout to Ali and the team for providing great customer service and helping people get back on the road safely without overcharging them. I’ll definitely be coming back if I need tires in the future. Highly recommended! 🚗💨

We used this shop because it’s conveniently close to our business, even though the reviews weren’t great. Over the phone, we were quoted $20 per tire to install four new tires on our van. We cleared our schedule to make time for it. When we arrived, they changed the price to $25 per tire. We told them we had been quoted $20 and even had proof of the call, but they refused to honor it. Since we had already rearranged our day (and lost money doing it), we went ahead. The most frustrating part: they never told us in advance they don’t accept cash or checks, only Zelle. So our team was forced to wait onsite while we contacted our office to set up Zelle just to pay. When we asked why they wouldn’t take payment over the phone, an employee made a racially discriminatory comment, blaming Black customers for disputing charges and saying that’s why they “don’t trust anyone.” Completely unacceptable. Then the next day, one of the tires was flat. We brought the van back and they denied any responsibility, then charged us another $25 to replace a valve stem that was working fine before the tire install. After reading other reviews, it also looks like valve stem issues have been mentioned by other customers—so this doesn’t appear to be a one-off. Between the bait-and-switch pricing, the surprise payment method, the racist remark, and the immediate tire issue afterward, I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Would leave zero star if possible, first time i went they left the old valve stem inside of the tire and gave an attitude when i came back for them to fix there mistake and second time i went the scratched my rims, and snapped the new valve stem when installing new tires, also let the rims jump off of the tire machine and hit the ground 0/10. Also failed to balance wheels properly spend the extra money elsewhere to have it done right. Also they do not torque down your wheels they just full impact it on which is also not safe.

I truly recommend this shop for your car needs. Tony and the team are wonderful, the service is quick, fast and very affordable and dont get me started on the customer service 😀 Tony truly makes you feel as though you are family and will take care of anything you need with a smile 😃. I truly recommend this place, give them a try!!!! Thank you guys for always being there when I am panicking because of my tires but you guys always do a great job and I do feel like family when im there❤️❤️
