Auto Image Collision Center

Auto Image Collision is by far the worst body shop to bring your vehicle in for repairs in Altamonte Springs. Especially if your car was damaged by a Progressive policy holder as they work together. Thank God I had videos and pictures of the immediate damages caused to my vehicle from the accident as well as the damages done to the vehicle that hit me. I even had to provide surveillance footage of my vehicle before the accident to prove my car did not have prior damages before getting into the accident where I was struck at 45mph. This shady shop basically tampered with evidence and tried to remove the blue paint from the car that hit me with paint thinner. When confronted about it they lied claiming they only washed it with soap and water. (Soap and water does not strip paint from a vehicle) Why they washed it in the first place is beyond me as they were supposed to be assessing the damages for repair, not trying to make them look like they didn’t happen. Anyways they clearly used paint thinner because my car was completely red except for the dents and blue scuff marks left on my vehicle from the car that hit me. Luckily I also took photos of the car before and after taking it to the body shop so you can clearly see in the before pictures my quarter panel was completely red prior to bringing it in, and scrubbed down to grey metal and no more blue paint from the car that hit me after they received the vehicle .. there is also streak marks from the paint thinner dripping down the quarter panel as it would strip clear coat and paint while sliding down the car before being wiped off or smeared in as they did to my quarter panel. After reviewing my photos and videos the insurance company decided to total out my car for a total loss instead of only replacing my passenger side mirror as they had suggested were the only damages from the accident. I say all this to warn other people out there that it is very important to take pictures and videos of all damages done to your vehicle and the other vehicles involved if ever in an accident so that you can’t be bullied or scammed by people just like the people here at the Auto Image Collision Center in Altamonte Springs. If I could have rated them a zero I would have happily. These people are con artists working against common people definitely not for them. They work for the insurance companies that pay them. If you are ever thinking about bringing your vehicle here, I urge you to please rethink that and go anywhere else as you will get proper care for your car.

This collision center has been my go place for body repairs in past was auto insurance related . Collin kept me informed throu out the process . Today I came in for damage unrelated to insurance claim. I realized I had many options but I choose auto image collection center cuz this is day before holiday and can get repair done and done right and still be able to get ro work on time. Staff is wonderful. If you have any body work on your new or older vehicle I can't think of anymore better. Ken h.

This is my first GREAT experience with a body shop. Collin was very helpful, knowledgeable, and explained everything in detail. He did not hesitate to address any concerns I may have had before and or after receiving the car back. When I got the car, it looked identical as before I got into an accident. They cleaned it and even put on some tire shine. It looks awesome and I definitely recommend anyone needing repairs to come to this honest shop.

I dealt with Collin throughout the process of having my glass roof replaced. He was very attentive to all of my needs and requests. He was superb in communicating with me. He restored my faith in great customer service. Bravo Collin!
