Absolutely outstanding service! Ford originally did a diagnosis and gave us a huge repair bill, but ASAP took the time to properly inspect the issue and quickly discovered that was not the real problem. They were honest, knowledgeable, and only repaired what actually needed to be fixed. Best of all, they got everything done the very same day! The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and made the whole experience stress-free. Great customer service from start to finish. I would highly recommend ASAP to anyone looking for honest and dependable auto repair!

Overall, good service. I brought my vehicle to ASAP Auto Repair for maintenance. I’m giving 4 stars because I think the final vehicle handoff could be improved. It would be helpful if someone handed over the keys, showed where the car was parked, and briefly explained what was done and any recommendations. That small step would make the customer experience even better.

ASAP Auto has been taking care of my family for years and they never disappoint. Dropped off my mom's 2004 Toyota Camry yesterday with a failed alternator had it back the same day running perfectly. Mike and Tim are absolutely top notch. These guys treat you like family, communicate every step of the way, and just get it done right. No runaround, no surprises, no upsells.
