Of course, it had to be a holiday weekend! I was doing a residential move in a 10-yr-old commercial Dodge Promaster Cargo Van on Memorial weekend. I used the emergency brake because I parked on an incline with a full load to unload. When I released it, it continued to put a drag on the rear wheels that only got worse as the day went on. I called and spoke with Mike who took the vehicle in with less than an hour before closing. He put it on the rack, took one of wheels off and determined it wasn't the caliper, but likely the emergency brake mechanism inside the wheel(s). Due to the late hour and upcoming holiday closure, they couldn't repair it until Tuesday, so I had to make other arrangements since I was from out of town. But they worked past closing to get it put back together and didn't charge me for the inspection even though I insisted. The other employees were very polite and accommodating while I made calls and waited for a ride. It is a clean store with "people-first" customer service emphasizing road safety. Just what I needed in a moment of mechanical uncertainty. Thank you to the Tire Kingdom Team!

Our tire pressure randomly came on and we’ve had bad luck with nails and screws in our tires so we thought we better get it looked at. Danny helped us get in and out pretty quick! Enough time for me to walk over to get a coffee at Dutch bros, and on only wait like 15 minutes. No charge for the quick check which is always appreciated! (Luckily no leaks or nails!)
