DONT GO!!!!!Liars!!! My family has been loyal customers here for about 15 years, but our recent experience was very disappointing. My parents brought in their Ford Fiesta for a water pump issue, and the shop convinced them to do a full engine swap instead. After spending a lot of money, the car came back running worse than before. With misfires, jerking, multiple new codes and the AC no longer worked even though it worked perfectly before. When we brought the car back to address the issues. We were charged over $1,400 more to fix the AC problem that did not exist before. Also before the work even started, I spoke to them personally and they Agreed to give us the original engine back since i work on cars myself and plus its my property anyways. But once the job was finished, we were told the engine had already been sold without any notice at all and we couldn’t get it back and theres nothing they can do anymore. And that was only one of the problems we’ve had with this shop recently. They also gave my sister a non-matching tire size during a tire replacement, which should never happen on the same side axle of a vehicle because its dangerous. The tire later blew up and caused complete damage to the rear bumper and body panel. When we went back to get the issue resolved, we were brushed off again and ignored. I also brought another one of my cars there a couple months ago for a repair. I was told the diagnostic would be completely free and that I had 30 days if I needed to bring the car back. I returned only a couple days later since it was still having issues and they still charged me $100+ for the diagnostic after originally telling me it would be compleltely free. Their explanation was basically that it “didn’t count" so they charged me anyways. Very frustrating experience and sadly we no longer trust this shop anymore and definetly wont be going there any longer. Bunch of lairs. I hope this doesnt happen to anybody else. Save your money and time and go somewhere else! -10/10

Amazing work! I love my car but always afraid since it is a jaguar and anything that needs to be fixed is expensive. This week I had an issue I thought would be so expensive I was going to have to park the car for a while since we have other cars. I sent it to Ruben’s since my family and I all change our oil here. Wow! I was shocked! Not only did they take care of it fast. They saved me money. The price was already lower than accepted but they found another issue and was able to find the part and save me money by combining the job. I love this place. They work hard and are honest. I always feel like i have a mechanic. Like I have the hock up. Thank you for serving out community and making it possible for us to move forward fast after having car issues.

I have been bringing my car here for over a year and I am highly satisfied with the service. They are very honest and charge a fair price. They will focus on what needs to be fixed and not try to get over on you like other shops. The quality of workmanship is A+ and you will not have a long wait. If you are looking for a auto mechanic shop I highly recommend you bring you vehicle here!!!

If you’re looking for used tires in good condition, do not Go to Ruben tires in Altamont Spring They gave me a used tire that is too big for my car instead of just been honest and saying they did not have a tire that fit my car. They try to upsell me with New tires and still gave me a tire that is 100% not my tire size . By time I got to Ruben tires in Longwood the tire from Ruben tire tires in Altamonte Springs had went flat. They were 10 minutes apart. Neither of the locations was honest enough to mention that the tire was not correct. Longwood location did plug the tire, but they did not mention the tire size was incorrect. The whole company is a scam

I would give 10 stars if I could. I went to Firestone and tires plus and was turned down to get my tire patched(they were just selling new tires they don’t care about anything but sales). I called Ruben’s tires(after being referred by a family member) and was treated very nicely. The gentleman on the phone was very helpful and knew what he was talking about. I drove 30 minutes from Orlando to this location. Best decision ever! Staff was kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. Price was great too! If you read my review and need help don’t hesitate to call this place! They are amazing! All the staff I Interacted with was very kind to me. Thank you.
