Great experience with Primos Tire. There was a small mix-up with one of the tire sizes at first, but they handled it professionally and fixed everything right away without giving me a hard time. Really appreciate the customer service and the way they took care of the situation. The Falken tires look great on my Highlander and the ride feels much better now. Definitely recommend them if you’re looking for good prices and people willing to help.
View on GoogleBE CAREFUL. They are probably great at changing tires but I took my car to them after it started stuttering while I was accelerating. I got a cylinder misfire code so I took it to this place because it was close and had good reviews. A guy told me there was nothing he could do to save the engine because 'too much air' was in it and changing the spark plugs would do nothing. He didn't even look at the plugs, he made this judgement just by reading his scanner. I asked him if he could do an engine swap and he said YES $3,100 and he could do it in two days. I took it to my regular mechanic and all I needed was spark plugs/coil pack. The car runs fine now. I saved $2,700.

They stayed open late to accommodate us and held the tires for us so that we could finish our grocery trip. I definitely recommend this shop and their staff, and will be a repeat customer. I’m very happy with our purchase.
View on GooglePrimos Tires & Auto will definitely be my new "Anything Car" place to go. Couldn't of had better customer service from both, Bud Mullins the mechanic, and the office guy. They were very informative about my car and what I needed. Or didn't. I wasn't expecting so much honestly I guess. They were the 2nd place I took my car for same issues I thought I just paid to have fixed, so it was shocking to hear at first that what I thought was going to cost me a month without my car and $3000... Turned out wasn't even the problem at all!! So instead, I spent one afternoon in Primos lounge area drinking tea, in the AC, on a big comfy couch and looking at magazines to get the REAL problem fixed. And if only cost me $800. I would definitely recommend anyone with a car to check this place out. I bet you'll be surprised too.
