“I had multiple issues when I took my car to Olympic Auto for the first time. They were quick to provide an estimate and were beyond fair. What happened next is why I will never go anywhere else, and why I will stand behind them and recommend them to ANYONE! The first two issues were fixed with no problem, but I had an issue with an expensive part. They verified and issued a prompt warranty part, which would be the end of it for other shops. The problem persisted, but instead of giving up, as most shops would do, they dug in. It took a little bit to finish it off as there were some other variables involved, but Jose, the manager and an incredible mechanic, and Aaron, the owner himself, worked with me to ensure that in the end, I was treated fairly. I cannot begin to express my gratitude to this establishment and to Jose and Aaron personally. I am a customer for life.”

Honest, fair and nice. I would absolutely recommend this business to anyone who is looking to have their vehicle worked on. This is a Christian owned business. They will not lie to you. If you ask them if the vehicle is worth being fixed, they will answer you truthfully. They're not in it to get you for your money. They honestly want to see you drive away in a safe vehicle.

My family has been using Olympic Auto for over 30 years, can't say enough great things about them! They do great work and are very honest, no trying to upcharge you for things you don't need. Dealing with car problems is already stressful, knowing you have a reliable mechanic makes it easier. They don't do appointments and are first come first, first serve so don't expect your car back the same day - their lot is always packed (just a testament to the good work they do). Aaron and the guys will be straight with you about what NEEDS to be done and what you can wait to do if you need to budget.
