For many good reasons, General Auto has been my auto shop for over 20 years. Rich has assembled a team that follows his example. The staff has always provided honest, pressure-free recommendations, advice and service, and on many occasions cited and reminded me of items that needed attention as they became critical. An example of their persistence and honesty: one of our vehicle's engine codes went haywire, and it presented more than the typical challenge. Kyle and the team went to all ends to correct the problem without charging extra for the time and effort. This shop deserves your business.

I’m already a fan. I have a ‘90s Volvo that we have owned since I was a toddler. I have tinkered with over the last 9 years . It has bad camshaft position sensor wiring that I’ve fought for years. I was able to point out the botched wiring job that someone else did years ago to the mechanic and service team, and they accepted the wiring repair job same-day. It kept dying on 436 and I needed to make a two-hour long business trip this week. They were able to get the part same day and do an oil change to prepare for my journey. I trust the repair these guys make. Kudos!!!

We have taken all our vehicles to this shop for years and they have proven over and over their commitment to quality service! Recently my Jeep Cherokee had a check engine - service transmission light that affected the way the car drove that started after a different repair shop changed a dead battery. Brought it in they found a problem and car drove fine until I drove it longer distance and it happened again. Kyle went the extra mile(s) to recreate the problem to see for himself and was able to get me back on the road. A big thank you to everyone at the shop!
