I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this dealership's service department. Honestly, I'm surprised this dealership is still operating the way it does. This location has gone through multiple owners and ownership changes over the years, and based on my experience, it's hard to see how the customer service has improved. My experience was frustrating from start to finish. My vehicle was there for several months for repairs that should have taken less than a week. During that entire time, I received virtually no proactive communication. I constantly had to call the dealership myself just to get updates on the status of my vehicle. Good customer service means keeping customers informed, and that simply did not happen here. When I finally picked up my vehicle after spending thousands of dollars on repairs, the experience got even worse. On the drive home, one of my tires went flat. Before picking up the vehicle, I specifically asked the dealership to inspect the tires and check for any nails or damage. Either that request was ignored or the inspection was not performed properly. In addition, the tires were not even properly inflated when the vehicle was returned to me. Basic checks such as tire pressure should be standard procedure before releasing a vehicle to a customer. After such a lengthy repair process and significant expense, I would have expected much better attention to detail. The vehicle wasn't even washed before delivery. While the repairs may have been completed, the lack of communication, poor customer service, and failure to perform basic final inspections left a very negative impression. This was my first experience with this dealership, and unfortunately it will likely be my last. I would recommend others consider alternative service facilities if customer service and communication are important to them.

I am from AR and was needing oil change. I called in advance to ask if they could get me in. The person I spoke to told me to bring my car in that and that I didn't need an appointment for it. She told me they could get it done in 1 hrs and a half. When I came the service person told me I had to leave my car or I could bring it the next week. I am not from here and they gave me the wrong info when I called. I just waisted my time. If you can't get it done just let people know they actually need an appointment so they don't waist their time like I did.

Beware of the "mandatory" add ons like the $4k-$9k protection package. The manager Asad said he can't remove these packages that are already installed, like paint protection. The sellers want to sell, but management is not honest. I recommend dealers that will provide an outdoor the door price in writing over the phone. Several other will do this with no add ons. Other than that, the selling staff is friendly.

I’ve been to other dealerships before… and let’s just say this one made them look like practice mode. Gerardo Figueroa handled my Chrysler service and recall like a pro—clear communication, fast service, and zero headaches. No chasing updates, no confusion, no “dealership drama.” Way better than any other dealership I’ve dealt with. If all service advisors were like Gerardo, recalls wouldn’t feel like a punishment.

Jonathan Cobbs is a great service writer. Met him last year when my 2020 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon was having trouble with the transmission. Recently just took my 2023 Ram 1500 for an oil change. In both instances he was the ultimate professional. I completely trust him with my vehicles.
