Super impressed with the service! I needed four tires replaced so I gave them a call and was told they can order and have them delivered the next day. I believe I spoke with Juan over the phone and I truly feel like he went above and beyond. I had a lot of questions and he was very patient and knowledgeable. He called me the next morning at 8am to let me know that the tires are on the way and should arrive in 2 hours. At around 10am he called again to let me know they arrived. He was just as friendly and professional in person. The rest of the staff were also friendly and professional. Shout-out to the alignment guy, he was awesome. He took the time to explain what was wrong with my alignment, how he corrected it and what to look for in the future to know if I need another alignment. Definitely a customer for life!

To Whom It May Concern, I recently visited your shop to have my tires rotated. After the rotation, I noticed some vibration in the steering wheel. Your team patiently performed wheel balancing three times to diagnose the issue, and ultimately discovered that one of my rims was bent/deformed. Throughout the entire process, your staff was incredibly patient and professional. This level of dedication and customer service is truly rare to find. Came in for my tire to get patched on my tundra on the back left side tire because it had a nail in it. Not only did the Do it for free but they went above and beyond and checked the rest of my tires and we came to find out I had a screw on my right side rear tire as well! Great job guys and thank you! P.S if you go in for the free tire patch, they are very kind it’s only right we give the technician a tip$ for doing a great job! Thanks guys will be back!

Paid online, made an appointment and they were ready. Saw them use the proper lifting pucks for Tesla, 4 simultaneous jacks by 4 people. Each technician worked on one wheel it was so fast! They also hand torqued to spec, not the blast full send kind of shop here. Glad to have this shop around!

One star. Only putting five star because want it to be on the top so everyone can see this review. I went there for tire rotation and get 2 new tires, and I mentioned to the guy who talked to me that I need to leave on time cuz I needed to pick up my kids after school and he says okay, but when I noticed that it has been an hour and I went to ask them if my car was done but they said that they were just about to start on my car, and NOBODY came to tell me that they were going to start on it later, and that wasted my time and after that, they didn’t apologize to me and they said that they were late because of a cyber truck like that’s not my problem and I told them that when I I come back it should be done quickly and after when I came back they had finished in 20 minutes, they wasted my time for a reason that doesn’t make any sense. They should have told me that it can’t be done on time. Also they should have manners but unfortunately they don’t 😤.
