So rude on the phone. All I did was call to get information on tires to purchase. He didn't tell me his name but he said he doesn't sit in a office & works outside after he said I need to come in myself to get help with my tires. He laughed when I stuttered when explaining what tires I was looking for. I dont know if he doesn't respect women but he sure is someone I wouldn't do business with.

View on GoogleDon't get me wrong when I post this review. The gentlemen here seem like good people. Truth be told though a mechanic will always be a mechanic. I went for a light bulb change and dude said he might have to remove bumper with labor alone for 1hr was a bit over 100$ (125$ if am not mistaken). He proceeded to find a way to remove light bulb without removing the fender/bumper. Now on the process to replace the bulb he "couldn't" put the new bulb in and said I have to remove the bumper/fender. So in my mind with your words your tryna get that 100$+ just for the bulb. Now having a new bulb and not trusting this guy i went to get it changed by another guy. I stood there and watched and the result was the guy at this place broke the headlight so now I can't put my bulb in and have to replace a new headlight. Going to talk to this man to find a solution for his mess was difficult because he kept telling me stories and not allowing me to talk. As a mechanic if you have the proper way to do something you should and if someone say no then you shouldnt do it knowing you can cause further damage. I have only trusted 1 mechanic in my life sadly he moved out state.
View on GoogleI don't know why Tesla's car tires like to be punctured by nails. I suddenly found that the tire was flat in the morning, so I hurried to repair it. I didn't expect the master to help me solve the problem quickly, and the price was very reasonable. Thumbs up
View on GoogleI had originally gone to the Mercedes of West Covina Service Center for my back tire that seemed to have a nail in it.. plus my Service B was due. The dealership wanted to replace 3 tires - my car has 15,000 miles. I drove over to EASTLAND REPAIR & TIRE CENTER and was immediately helped. NIMA was my service tech and fixed my tire- he showed me my front and back tires and recommended a tire rotation which I did need. He showed me the tires and explained the ware on front and back. I love the honesty and integrity of EASTLAND REPAIR & TIRE CENTER. I’m going back for my Service B on my car and future tire needs. Thank you for restoring my faith in Service Shops!! These pros are honest and reasonably priced! A++++++++
